MY OLD EXERCISE ROUTINES:
The old me worked out and ran mostly with doing some strength training here and there.
MY OLD NUTRITION THOUGHTS & EXPERIENCES:
I ate okay (no soda, little juice, whole foods) but was not fully in touch with how much I was eating of certain foods and how it stalled my weight loss goals.
MY PAST VIEW OF NUTRITION & EXERCISE:
Due to my runs and strength training routines, I thought I earned the ability to eat whatever I wanted and when I ate badly I would tell myself, “I could just work it off”.
MY NEW HABITS WITH NUTRITION:
Well, as a result of the BSFC, I more carefully watch what I eat, when I eat and how much I eat.
MY THOUGHTS ABOUT THE BSFC AND LIFESTYLE HABITS:
During the early parts of the camp, I thought the principles I was learning were temporary experiences but now, I understand they are equipping me with new habits and experiences which will lead to better long-term results.
