Whether Real or Imagined Fear is

Whether real or imagined, our thoughts, beliefs, actions and reactions to information can be influenced by fear or faith.

F.E.A.R. is

(1) False Evidence Appearing Real.
(2) Factual Evidence that is Actually Real.

FAITH IS THE CURE TO BOTH!

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” ~ 2 Timothy 1:7

When we come face-to-face with the FACTS of a condition, situation, circumstance or even moment, THAT IS REAL and there is nothing false or fake about it.

However, sometimes our mind will project, assume or even imagine things that are NOT real, true nor factual. In those cases, our thoughts are False and there are no facts to support them other than the emotions we experience.

fear-or-fearWhether real or imagined, BOTH (False or Factual FEARS) will cause a stress response and if the stress becomes chronic (ongoing), it can definitely lead to physical problems, illness and even death.

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12

“Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;” ~ 2 Corinthians 10:5
