MY PERSONAL HEALTH & WELLNESS SCHEDULE FOR TUESDAY 11/28/17

  • 06:00 AM – The 10 Minute Dribble Cut Ab Workout (After Waking)
  • 06:30 AM – 10,000 steps before 10:00 AM CST
  • 12:00 PM – Meal 1 + Vitamin & Omega 3
  • 03:00 PM – Meal 2
  • 04:30 PM – Protein
  • 05:00 PM – The 30-Minute Stair Workout
  • 06:00 PM – Meal 3 & Omega 3
  • 10:00 PM – The 9-Minute Ab Sculptor Workout (VIDEO) (Before Bed)
  • 11:00 PM – Protein
  • FAST until 09:00 AM on Wednesday 11/29/17 then consume the 1st of 5 scheduled meals.
