Training the Next Generation of Runners
We will be looking for runners who have never run before and runners who have not ever run fast where fast according to our definition is 10 minute mile or faster.
Our goal is to prove that ordinary people can be trained to go from 18, 16, 14, 12, 11… minute miles to run sub 10 minute miles OR faster, longer and safer while even going from the couch to qualifying to run the Boston Marathon is that is your desire (we will let you know base on our observation is that is within reach).
We (TeamRBS) will be known from taking runners from the couch to sub 10 minute miles for the 5k distance and beyond. That is the point where real running and natural form can more easily be developed.
If you are crazy/determined enough to believe this is possible, We are looking for you to be part of my run programs which will officially launch in 2017.
