Breathing tends to be an initial concern for newer runners and/or those who doesn’t not have a consistent routine — even to the point where it impedes upon their initial running progress and for some it takes some of the joy from running.

All of their thoughts, energy, purpose for running becomes trying to figure out a magic formula for breathing. As a result, they struggle with breathing, running form and with enjoying the overall running experience.
HERE IS MY TIP FOR BREATHING:
Just Breath! Do what comes natural for you and forget about trying to find a magic formula — seriously. If it is difficult to breath, that means you are going too fast for your current ability level so SLOW DOWN and find your natural breathing rhythm.
The body will adjust and before you know it, you will be run faster and breathing easier. Patience & consistency will solve the issue. Before you know it you will be running longer and enjoying the moments without allowing HOW TO BREATH to consume your thoughts!
