RESULTS from The 28-Day Push-ups Challenge (04/01/12 – 04/28/12)

KaJuana was NOT trying to lose weight so she concentrated on Building, Toning & Sculpting Muscle!  She improve her muscle strength & endurance by 50%. She started by being able to only do 20 modified push-ups and ended with being able to do 30 modified push-ups. That a 10 push-up increase!
