MY PERSONAL HEALTH & WELLNESS SCHEDULE FOR SUNDAY 03/04/18

  • 06:00 AM – Complete the Day 1 Weight Check
  • 06:30 AM – 10,000 Steps approximately 5 Miles (Use the CARDIO CHALLENGE instructions.)
  • 09:00 PM – Meal 1: Smoothie – Detox Smoothie (M-Wiggles Detox Blend) + Vitamin & Omega 3
  • 01:00 PM – Meal 2: Salad – Raw Vegetables (Use the NUTRITION CHALLENGE Strategy, Schedule, Foods, Meals…)
  • 05:00 PM – Meal 3: Soup – Cooked Vegetables (Use the NUTRITION CHALLENGE Strategy, Schedule, Foods, Meals…)
  • 09:00 PM – Meal 4: Shake (20g of protein powder) & Omega 3
  • FAST until 09:00 AM on Monday 03/05/18 then consume Meal 1.
