NUTRITION

  • What did I consume (eat/drink)?
  • When did I consume it?
  • How much did I consume?

EXERCISE

  • What did I do (workout, exercises, sets, repetitions, sessions)?
  • What resistance (how much weight) did I use?
  • How much total time did I use for exercising (being active)?

SLEEP

  • When did I go to sleep?
  • When did I wake up?
  • How long did I sleep?
  • What was my quality (well rested & energized) of sleep?
