  • Nutrition vs. Exercise (Cardio, Strength & Flexibility) = Weight Management.
  • Calories in vs. Calories out = Weight Management.
  • Calories consumed vs. Calories burned = Weight Management.
  • 3,500 calories = 1 pound of fat
  • THE BALANCE:  If we burn the same amount of calories than we consumed or fat levels should stay the same.
  • THE SURPLUS:  If we consume 3,500 more calories than we burn, we should gain 1 pound of fat.
  • THE DEFICIT:  If we burn 3,500 more calories then we consume, we should lose 1 pound of fat.
