Lena Lost 25 Pounds in 84 Days (09/27/12 – 12/20/12)

I had a physical in June 2012 and found out I weighed 190 pounds and was borderline diabetic. I knew I had to do something. I started running in July 2012 and lost my first 10 pounds in 2 months but I knew I needed to do more.

I was connected to Coach Mario and began joining his challenges. In addition to his challenges I changed my diet. I do not eat processed foods Monday through Friday but I do allow myself to eat what I want (in moderation) on the weekends.

This journey hasn’t been easy but I am very pleased with the results. I would urge anyone who is thinking about joining to join. If you do the required work you will definitely be happy with your results. ~ Lena Houston
