It is a strategic refueling approach where you apply an Intermittent Fasting approach to give your body the fuel it needs within an 8 hour period of time from 4:00 pm to as late as 12:00 AM Midnight which is when your body needs the fuel the most. After 12:00 AM Midnight you will sleep until you walk the next day, perform your workouts and other activities and then fuel on schedule again on the assigned days.
