- 07:30 AM – The 10 Minute Dribble Cut Ab Workout (After Waking)
- 08:00 AM – 5,000 steps before 10:00 AM CST
- 12:00 PM – Meal 1 + Vitamin & Omega 3
- 02:00 PM – Protein
- 02:30 PM – The 30-Minute Stair Workout
- 03:00 PM – Meal 2
- 06:00 PM – Meal 3 & Omega 3
- 09:00 PM – The 9-Minute Ab Sculptor Workout (VIDEO) (Before Bed)
- 11:00 PM – Protein
- FAST until 09:00 AM on Wednesday 12/27/17 then consume the 1st of 5 scheduled meals.
