During this week, we will focus exclusively on doing the work of Burn Session Fitness Camp 2017 Quarter 4.
Day 58 (Monday 11/27/17) is all about working to improve our chest, arms, shoulders, core and more on purpose. This WORK will help to build, tone and sculpt our muscles while also helping us to improve muscle strength and endurance. Win & Win! We can do this so let’s all make it happen – together. Leave NO teammate behind. We must WORK & travel this road to success & awesome results together!
MY PERSONAL HEALTH & WELLNESS SCHEDULE FOR MONDAY 11/27/17
- 06:00 AM – Push-Ups Work (After Waking)
- 06:30 AM – 10,000 steps before 10:00 AM CST
- 12:00 PM – Meal 1 + Vitamin & Omega 3
- 03:00 PM – Meal 2
- 04:30 PM – Protein
- 05:00 PM – Chest Workout (Maximum Resistance)
- 06:00 PM – Meal 3 & Omega 3
- 10:00 PM – Push-Ups Work (Before Bed)
- 11:00 PM – Protein
- FAST until 12:00 Noon on Tuesday 11/28/17 consume the 1st of 3 scheduled meals.
