40 Days to Become More Ripped by 12/30/17

Today is Monday, 11/20/2017.

I have 40 days of work to become more ripped by 12/30/17 to end the Year Tight & Right. I’m doing this for me and the work is definitely working.

  • 40g Whey Protein before Rapid Ladder Work
  • (9) R.L. Push-up Work
  • 10,000 Steps @ 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
  • MEAL 1 @ 12:00 PM – Beef Stew
  • Vitamin & Fish Oil Capsule w/ Meal 1
  • MEAL 2 @ 03:00 PM – Chicken with Salad
  • 40g Whey Protein before Rapid Ladder Work
  • (9) R.L. Chest Press Work @ 5:00 PM
  • The 44;42 Core & Ab Rapid Ladder Workout
  • MEAL 3 @ 06:00 PM – Beef Stew
  • Fish Oil Capsule after Meal 3
  • 20g Casein Protein before Bed

  1. My abs are much flatter and they are taking shape as I uncover them and sculpt them on purpose. My neck is much wider and more muscle has been added. My chest is starting to take shape from the inside-out to have less fat and more muscle. I’m proud of my progress! 6 Weeks (Approximately 40-Day to get to my 12/30/17 point in time). I’m going to work hard & smart to be more ripped by that 12/30/17 date to end 2017 more tight & right before starting 2018 with a bang! #TheWorkWorks and I’m working it.
