The 31-Day 1/2 Million (500,000) Step Challenge
Due to the amount of work you have to do to achieve the goal of 16,130+ steps per day, you will have the potential to lose/burn 1, 2 or 3 pounds a week by choice and action – all you have to do is tighten up your nutrition and add some strength training work and it’s yours. DO IT FOR YOU AND BECAUSE YOU CAN! Be intentional to work on purpose to make it happen one step, day, pound, meal and week at a time!
