This snapshot is a blast from The 28-Day Butt & Legs Challenge [03/03/13] past and the information is still relevant today.
We can use this information to define, understand, communicate and even WORK to improve our HEALTH via the use of The Wellness Continuum.
On the extreme left, we achieve signs, symptoms and disabilities while on our way to a pre-mature death.
One the extreme right, we achieve awareness, education and growth while on our way to a higher level of wellness with optimum fitness.
As you can see, we can literally WORK our way towards either extreme. Which direction will you CHOOSE and WORK to achieve?
