I messed up a lot. I did not cross every “t” nor dot every “i”.

I used today (Friday 07/21/17) to maximize the moments to get to where I needed to be (175 pounds). The only thing extra was a 12 mile bike ride after the lunch hour. I knew it will help me get to my goal so I made time to get it done.

DAY 76 OF 180. DOWN 17.4 POUNDS FROM 195.8 (05/07/17) TO 178.4 (07/21/17).

NOTE: All of my exercise programs are designed to help reduce your overall percentage of body fat which helps to later reveal/uncover your ripped abs, arms, chest, back, legs, etc…

As of Friday 07/21/17 immediately after waking up this morning, I weighed 178.4 pounds. This means, I’m 3.4 pounds away from hitting my scheduled Saturday 07/22/17 target of 175 pound. I will be very close to that target tomorrow and I will definitely have it before starting the next 21-days on 08/06/17.

Instead of taking next week off like I did after the May and June 21-Day FatBeGone & MuscleComeOn Programs, I’m going to stay active until I start the August Program on 08/06/17.

My weight even after all of my meals, hydration efforts, workouts, etc has been between 176 and 179 since Saturday July 8th – even after returning from vacation!

The work is working and I’m working it MOST of the time to earn my results – intentionally. As I get closer to my 180th Day goal on 11/03/17, I will be more focused and intentional with meals and exercise. So far, I’ve had to many off meals and I missed 5 workouts during this July Session.
