The Work WORKS

On 11/03/13, I decided to explore gaining fat, weight and inches to prove the science of gaining and losing it. After INTENTIONALLY gaining and losing 3 times, I will never work to gain the fat, weight and inches again! I used The 21-Day FatBeGone & MuscleComeOn Program to go from 198.8 to 170 pounds (05/01/17 to 09/23/17). I transitioned to do The 91-Day BSFC (10/01/17 to 12/30/17) to end the year tight and right.



My Program Road Map

If I can do it, you can too! If others can earn their desired results, you can too! Success leaves tracks and all we have to do is follow those success tracks intentionally.

  1. The May 21-Day #FatBeGone & #MuscleComeOn Program [05/07/17 to 05/27/17] – I used a fat loss nutrition and exercise approach to lose 12 pounds.  On 05/07/17, I weight 195.8. On 05/27/17, I weighed 182.8 pounds. The work worked!
  2. The June 21-Day #FatBeGone & #MuscleComeOn Program [06/04/17 to 06/24/17] – I  used a fat loss nutrition & exercise approach to maintain and stay with 185 to 180 pounds.
  3. The July 21-Day #FatBeGone & #MuscleComeOn Program [07/02/17 to 07/22/17] – I will use a fat loss nutrition & exercise approach to get down to at least 175 pounds.  
  4. The August 21-Day #FatBeGone & #MuscleComeOn Program [08/06/17 to 08/26/17] – I will use a fat loss nutrition & exercise approach to get down to at least 170 pounds.
  5. The September 21-Day #FatBeGone & #MuscleComeOn Program [09/03/17 to 09/23/17] – I will use a muscle building nutrition and exercise approach. Get down to 165 or less pounds.
  6. The Q4 Burn Session Fitness Camp [91-Days: 10/01/17 to 12/30/17] – I will work to end this year tight and right. This 91-day program is what I will use to leave the fat in 2017.
